Not good.I did all the work.
I was basically told that RB could not help me!!!!!!!!

We are very sorry to hear your comments, but due to the nature of the sporting event you wish to attend we are bound by FIFA / UEFA regulations, and therefore after many hours searching could not source tickets. We were very pleased, after great difficulty and using all our wide network of contacts, we were able to provide you accommodation and transport and we appreciate your custom in booking those elements with us.
