Although on these cruise ship based holidays we do seek to arrange the best possible shore walking activity in the time ashore available, a reasonable amount of flexibility in the arrangements is necessary. Feedback from your fellow travellers indicated that some thought the walks too long or too short. Thanks for your feedback following your recent holiday with us to Wales. We're sorry to hear that you found an insect in your bathroom on the first evening and we're pleased that the hotel were able to provide you with an alternative room the following morning. We usually receive favourable reports about the hotel (I've stayed there myself several times) so we are disappointed to hear that you didn't enjoy the meals and will be monitoring future feedback from clients and tour leaders. Although the hotel is operated by the Christian Guild, it is open to and welcomes guests of all faiths or with no religious affiliation at all. Angus Russell Planning Manager
