Hi Krystal, Thank you for leaving us your honest comments. Any feedback we receive is always welcome and appreciated and so I've been looking into this for you. I have spoken to the Sales team, Customer Service team, and Operations team, checked all of our customer facing inboxes, and reviewed all notes attached to your order. Unfortunately, there is no trace of any contact to or from you regarding a request to cancel your order or return the items. I can see that you placed your order on Thursday 9th June and that it was dispatched via DHL on Friday 10th June. Typically, parcels sent on a Friday are delivered the following Monday, but DHL appear to have forwarded your parcel to a third party agent, resulting in a delay and delivery on Wednesday 15th June. I'm very sorry about the set back you experienced. It's not often that DHL use third parties to complete deliveries; unfortunately it's outside our control when they do choose to do so. Please accept our apologies for this delay. In regards to returning the goods, that's no problem at all. As I will be emailing you directly to provide a few more details, I will copy our Customer Service team in and ask them to get in touch to make the arrangements. I'm very sorry you were disappointed with the service you received during your experience with us. That is certainly not the impression we ever intend to leave our customers with.
