Told the watch was in stock so I bought it as it was a present , it never arrived when it should have that's because it had to come from the USA !!!! Caused me major problems so I wont use again

When ordered told it would be ready to ship in 1 to 2 days but didn't hear anything for almost a week. Communication was poor took ages to get a response even on the online chat. Box was appalling....
