Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you've had a negative experience with your delivery. Unfortunately, due to their long and fragile nature, on occasion long lengths can get damaged in transit. I cannot see that you have been in touch to report this with our customer service team.

Products ok, damage meant wouldn’t use company again
Due to damaged items wouldn’t use again Replacement and refund offered but refund didn’t cover all damages and replacement wouldn’t work as job needed to be completed by deadline
