Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you found the staff to be professional, however we recognise your frustration. During the summer months attendances can be slightly lower for all auction houses. Despite this, we still managed to attract over 600 people to the room with numerous telephone and proxy bidders - achieving sales in excess of £16m. I understand that we also managed to successfully sell your property, so hopefully that compensates for any perceived reduced attendance. Really poor contact post sale, not supportive, not had all info in pack, overall very unhelpful
