The web site was good and very useful but I was not happy about the fee I was charged. It would have been easier to send the couple a cheque.

Gift seven weeks after wedding!
Have just heard from the Bride and Groom that they only received their gifts this week, seven weeks after their wedding day! I don't think this is acceptable.

Thanks for your feedback.
All couples will select a delivery date that is right for them, this can be anytime after the wedding. This allows time for any more gifts to be bought from guests etc.
