Now come on dear customer lets be honest what you have put down is not exactly how it happened now is it?? You actually purchased the pump around 4 months ago and used the pump for a few months before it failed. When you contacted us to advise that the pump had failed we very clearly explained the manufacturer warranty process to you clearly stating that the manufacturer reserve the right to replace the pump FOC should warranty be accepted. you went down this route and the factory accepted warranty and sent you a replacement pump out FOC so what more do you want? The fact that in the meantime you decided to buy another pump from someone else is clearly not our fault is it. Luckily 99.8% of our customers give us 5 star reviews and we dont get inaccurate misleading reviews like yours thankfully.
