We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi there, Thanks for leaving a review with us! I can see that my colleague has cleared this up with yourself via email. As stated, the 3-month subscription will not auto-renew, it would need to be extended manually if this is something you'd like to do! Also, the card details are required for the gift card to be redeemed however no charge is taken as the gift card is equal to the value of the order! Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback! Unfortunately there is no way around the recipient seeing the gift card value as they are required to place the order through the checkout. Admittedly, this is a limitation of the platform we use! The recipient would not be charged after the 3-month subscription has ended. It does not auto-renew.
