Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Still not arrived after 14 days waiting for delivery.

Received email 2nd November 2022 stating order was dispatched. Still not arrived, 16th November and (obviously) not in time for 11th November Unlikely to buy from them again
