Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

No show poppies

I’m afraid my poppy brooches I ordered never arrived. Contacted Royal British Legion and was told they had difficulty with delivery’s due to industrial action.

Never actually received my poppy as Evri lost it, as usual.

They could have just put my poppy in the post instead of expecting Evri to be anything better than their usual useless selves.

They didn’t arrive (and still haven’t) so I had to buy some more from a local shop. This resulted in my donation being somewhat larger than intended. I don’t resent this but it would have been nice...
