Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Could explain what you get in your package in a clearer manner. I expected the underlay in one piece and it came in several! Delivery was excellent.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I am very pleased to hear that you found our delivery service was 'excellent' The underlay is supplied in 2x5m and 2x8m pieces to make up the square meters of the matching liner. It is common practice to supply the underlay in this manner, it is easier to pack, easier to store and most importantly it is generally better for the customer because they can re-enforce potential problem areas. You purchased the better quality fleece underlay which is 200 gsm and should be more than fit for purpose. I apologise the issue with the seperate pieces of underlay was not explained to you properly at the time of purchase. Your feedback will help us improve our service in the future.
