Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm sorry the product wasn’t suitable for your setup. The solar ioniser is designed specifically for controlling blanketweed through the release of copper ions, and the product listing does state that it is “not recommended for fish ponds unless monitored carefully” and “not safe for sturgeon”. We appreciate you returning the item, and I’m pleased to see that we were able to process a full refund for you promptly. Best wishes, Laurie

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m really sorry to hear about the issue with your delivery and the experience trying to get support. We use DPD rather than DHL, so there may have been some confusion there, but either way we’d normally investigate any delayed or missing parcel as quickly as possible, so I’d like to look into this further for you. I’ll check everything on our side and contact you directly by email shortly so we can get this resolved properly. Thanks again for bringing it to my attention. Best wishes, Laurie
