We are obviously sorry that some items were missed from the order but you only let us know the day that this review was posted, several days after the order had been delivered. We have now arranged to send the missing items out today.

I have to say that after pointing out that not all items were delivered poles and tracks have pulled out all stops to resolve the issue quickly. The missing items were delivered within 48 hours, now order is complete.
