Hello, I would like to apologise for the experience you had with this order. This was being shipped from one of our partner warehouses and they have advised that FedEx kept coming back with an address query, which resulted in a missed delivery slot. Our partners escalated the query higher up in FedEx as the address was correct, but in my opinion this was not done soon enough by them. I have spoken to our sales staff who inform me that they were trying to keep you informed, but could only do so when they had updates from FedEx. I will be discussing the performance of our partner warehouse with them and demand a change in their procedures with them to ensure that carrier escalations happen much sooner with orders in the future.
