We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

but in this instance, as far as I can see, we delivered on time. If you wish to contact our office we will be happy to send through a copy of the signed Proof of Delivery from FedEx. I am unable to comment as to why you did not personally receive the goods for another two days, but can only think that this was an internal delay within your company. The reason we ask, where possible, for people to order online (especially for their first order from us) is that this way we can be 100% sure, that there is no miscommunication of address details etc. over the phone. We have found this is the most secure method (and therefore preferred) as some carriers can be quite fickle with addresses, with even small errors otherwise resulting in delayed delivery times.
