How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

A legrosszabb.

Jelenleg a helyszínen vizsgáljuk, mi történt rosszul. A csapat kapcsolatba lép Önnel.

Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry to hear this. It is the responsibility of the parks and sites listed with Pitchup.com to keep on top of their allocation at all times and they have access to do this via the manager portal 24/7. We are in the process of investigating with this site what went wrong and have switched off their listing until the case is resolved. The team will get in touch with you asap. Many thanks for bringing this to our attention.
