How are Feefo reviews collected?

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Ordered 02/09/2022 and tracking still says “dispatched to Royal Mail”. Have contacted Customer Services numerous times and I’m told different things every time. No idea when or if I will receive....

Good afternoon, As we ship your parcel within the EU, this process can take up to 2 working days. I can confirm your parcel has been dispatched, and once Royal mail has scanned your tracking number, you will be updated. Due to Royal Mail strikes, there may also be further delays.

Your response doesn’t add up. If it takes 2 days to ship then why I am still waiting for Royal Mail to receive 7 days later? You can’t blame Royal Mail either as the strike is cancelled!

Not bad but too many excuses

The website is efficient and the overall process smooth, with decent communications. However delivery can be very slow, i am still waiting after around 8 days and the Royal Mail tracker doesn’t offer...
