Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
I am sorry you feel this way regarding our service.
When you place the order online you select a confirmation box confirming that your order will not be dispatched until the prescription is recieved. Once confirmed we will then wait for the prescription in the post until delivered. Your prescription was not delivered to us until the 14/12/2022 and we dispatched your order that same day. I can see the order was successfully delivered on the 16/12/2022. We would not keep hold of a prescription if recieved.

Thank you for your feedback.
I am really sorry to hear of your sad loss! We are all animal lovers here and can appreciate how you must be feeling.
Unfortunately all insulin orders were suspended as we did not have a reliable delivery company due to delivery delays to deliver the insulin in the correct time frame, meaning the insulin would have arrived non chilled and unusable being unsafe for your pet. I do apologise for any delay caused.
