How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Old-fashioned website slow to use

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the delivery. On your order you selected free standard delivery which doesn’t provide the possibility to select the day and time it will arrive. We then sent your parcel with Royal Mail First Class tracked which arrived within 2 days of you order which is within our commitment for standard delivery. We do also offer at a cost the option for next day delivery which we recommend for a delivery on a specific day.
