Great product for delivery service was rubbish but with Hartmanns help we managed to get the delivery service to deliver eventually - what spoil a great product with a rubbish delivery service

We have a regular order from Hartmanns.. wether online or on the phone it's quite easy. If I phone the ladies that answer are always helpful. Delivery is usually within a couple of days and well...
The telephone service was very good. Online service was impossible. I detest companies who constantly ask for feedback. Please ensure that you do not ask me again.
