Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hello, thank you for your feedback, we do state the padlock size on our website, if you scroll down under the picture of the firebox it reads 'accepts a padlock with a shackle diameter of 20mm' however if you hadn't scrolled you may not have seen this. It depends on how you view the website.

Many thanks
