Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hello and thanks for your comments. The pre-filter is designed to be used for 1 liter bottles, and to remove large debris only from the water so the UV light can penetrate the water. It is small and meant to be lightweight and as the Steripen can only treat 500ml per "dose", so for that purpose it is designed well. We are sorry you are not satisfied with this product.
