Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

No acknowledgement that there was an error in their marketing and that the sizes stated were blatantly wrong (i have video proof which should go on youtube to warn prospective buyers) No feedback...

First class, one courier messed up, so I contacted customer services, and they were superb. Everything was resolved by using another courier, and I was kept informed along the way.
