Good Morning Thanks for making contact - I am sorry to hear about the delay in reply. On investigation - I can see both orders were received back with us and we have completed 2 refunds. I apologise - as if you asked for an exchange - we have missed this and refunded instead. The refunds would be direct back to the original payment methods - so if you can check please.
