Thanks for taking the time to feedback on your experience with onogo.com.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of adequate information.

As you may know Mobile phone batteries are classified as 'dangerous goods' by The International Air Transport Association. 
As such they are not shipped using conventional shipping routes or carriers.  Hence the extended delivery period you are experiencing, delivery for these items to take upto 14 days. 
We have added this information both to our FAQ's page.
We're still working to update our order confirmation & shipping emails and to the delivery & returns section of each mobile battery product to reflect the alternative shipping route and to better manage customer expectations.
 
We endeavour to exceed customer expectations, on this occasion we've  clearly fallen short, please accept a full refund as a gesture of goodwill.
