After my purchase I tried to reach the company and was unsuccessful multiple times. However my product arrived within about two weeks.

Thank you for sharing your recent experience of purchasing the award winning, patented O-WAND. I am really sorry that the customer service did not meet your expectation or the level of service we would normally provide. Unfortunately, due to the worldwide Covid19 pandemic we have found unexpected delays in our logistical chain through the month of May. This coupled with staff shortages and the lockdown here in the United Kingdom has meant severe packing and delivery delays. You should of received an automated email explaining this, but from your comments, I can deduce that you did not. Technology occasionally lets us down. Please accept our sincere apologies for this and any inconvenience this caused. I have emailed you privately and offered a small gift for this inconvenience. I trust this will go someway in offsetting this isolated incident in these unprecedented times.

Amazing product that feels so luxurious and the box and presentation and product is luxury at its finest. The many great settings makes this practical for neck and upper back pain and face massages
