We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are delighted that you are so pleased with your Notcutts Provence Oak Wall Unit but were concerned to read your comments that you felt your husband had to help with the delivery. Items for delivery are sent with the appropriate number of delivery personnel; we have agreements with each of our carriers and we never expect our customers to help us with delivery of an item.

Thank you for your reply. The only one of your comments that I take issue with is " Items for delivery are sent with the appropriate number of delivery personnel" Are you aware that the item in question is a solid oak cabinet 6 feet tall by 2 feet wide with 7 shelves? Also the label on the packing very clearly stated..Very Heavy and also recommended that FOUR PEOPLE were necessary to carry it ! Also I would point out that your delivery driver did NOT ask for help but that I, Mr D Huggins, offered help as no one person should be expected to carry any item of this size and weight on their own. No reply from yourselves is necessary but I feel the company involved with your deliveries should employ Two people and not just One.

Stunning Service

Website advised 14-28 days for delivery and received in 6 days! Contacted delivery people and asked if they could call 30 mins before delivery and they did. Very polite and respectful.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were disappointed with the speed of our delivery service and hope that our correspondence had clarified matters. Our anticipated delivery time for garden structure items is within 14 days from the receipt of the order, as advised on our website. Whilst we delivered within this timeframe, where possible we always try to get items out to our customers as soon as we can and very often in advance of the timescales quoted.

As discussed on the telephone, in order to speed up our delivery service, some of our deliveries are made by couriers who use a pallet service, especially for large items such as furniture. Under normal circumstances these particular couriers will not unpack and deliver into our customer's home. We clarify this on our delivery notification email and will be making it more prominent on our future communications. We are sorry for any inconvenience and confusion this caused when your furniture arrived.

Thank you for your prompt reply to my survey response. Again another +. Such excellent customer service! There are so many companies out there that could learn from your policies! Hopefully I shall be able to master my new I Pad by next Spring and, will be able to send you some 'pics' of My Lovely Swing'! Wishing it was as easy to use I Pad as to be able to sit on my Swing! Disappointing delivery time

I expected the vouchers to be sent out the day I ordered them. Sadly they took about 5 days to arrive and I missed being able to hand them over at a wedding. Amazon can send a chain saw by next day...
