Thank you for sharing your feedback. The return policy allows our customers to return and claim a full refund within 14 days from the delivery date and when the watch is unused. Unfortunately, none of the conditions mentioned were met in your case. With our warranty program, you have the right to get a replacement when the watch head has a manufacturer defect but not a refund if it has already been outside 14 days from the delivery date.
