Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your response, our notes suggest we tried to contact youa number oftimes to discuss the quotation but were unsuccessful, however a voicemail was left each time. I can see the direct debit payment failed andwas represented for on the 6th November and this was collected successfully. The default fee is not applied, or charged, by ourselves as your direct debit is arranged through Close Brothers Premium Finance and I would urge you to contact them on 0333 321 8567 should you need to discuss this further. Six weeks after taking insurance out still no documents through the post when I took out the policy I asked if you would send me documents through the post you said yes within 5-7 days 36 days later still no documents can I cancel policy with a full refund if you listen back to phone recording you will hear what I’ve said above
