How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Communications need to improve

Send the renewal letter through the post as well as email - I didn’t get either . Do it 3 weeks before instead of days before by phone

Thank you for your response, I can see a claim was registered prior to the renewal and the insurers are dealing with you directly regarding this matter, I have asked them to contact you again to discuss this further. When you advised of the claim at renewal stage the Executive dealing rightly advised that it is not a set price and that the claim would stay on the policy for 5 years. We are unable to advise how much premiums may be effected by claims as it depends on how much the claim is for, what the claim is, if the claim is successful and a number of other reasons, in addition to this insurers rates change every 30 days, and therefore we can only advise of any change in premium once it has been quoted and sent to the insurer for them to review the risk at renewal/new business stage.
