Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback, I can see from the emails attached on the file that the quote was initially sent to you on 15/08 and the policy did not incept until 14/09, it was advised to you in email correspondence that depending on when you wanted the policy to start from that it would have to be requoted with the correct start date to check there had been no rating change. I have also asked the Executive to contact you directly to discuss the change in premium further.
