I am sorry for the issues you experienced. However, comprehensive information, including the address and detailed instructions on how to access apartment are always sent out prior to arrival. We are glad that our staff was able to help you with finding the apartment. We also happy that you found the 4G device as a replacement of wifi helpful, while we were waiting for a repair to take place by the internet provider.

Nice apartment, great location but lack of basic supplies.

OK. they helped us get into the apartment when their written explanation didn't quite explain it - they sent a chap round fairly quickly so that was good. Never quite got the AC to work properly.
