Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for commenting on our instruction manuals. Taking photos and writing up instructions for all appliances isn't easy, but we know it is worth it. We understand that when guests first arrive they may not be able to absorb everything, and having everything written in our welcome folders for you is something we have always felt important.
