Service from next has always been excellent £5 or £50 makes no difference we always pop in to the local branch to see what's new the quality is good too buying in shop or on line service is the same...

Normally next day delivery but due to an accident on the motorway had to wait another day it was a present for a family member and I miss her by a day, but not nexts fault

Unfortunately I had to return this item due to poor fit. Returns are never an issue with Next and the customer service is always spot on.
