Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Order hasn't arrived, impossible to contact. All web forms say there's an error and won't submit, and all emails are no reply. Will have to raise a claim with bank to get refund. I would not...

Good Morning I have looked at the case logged in our system and can advise that when we have checked with DPD they tried to deliver to you on the 6th of June and again on the 7th of June and both times no one was home and with no instruction to leave, the parcel was returned to us and we have processed a refund accordingly. I can advise that you can leave delivery instructions via the DPD app or on the link when the delivery notification emails comes out to you and the driver will leave as instructed. Product great packaging for posting needs improving

Packing for postage very inferior. Not sealed effectively and product lost. Sellotape not sufficient. Needs improvement
