Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Room for improvement with online shop, products very nice & well made

1) The website is very slow to load. 2) Repairs are unavailable, so if anything does eventually break on a wallet (i.e. a zipper), there is no way to get it repaired by the manufacturer. 3) If you...
