I was happy with the customer service and the delivery went well from the company in Derby.
The bed was easy to assemble and looks great; very sturdy and good quality for price!

Damaged packaging and item scratched. Backing of bedside table detached.
Duplicated orders - still receiving emails saying I have items on the way when I have already taken delivery of order.
