Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

All suits must be "Mix & Match". I had to buy suit I liked less, because trousers of my favourite (and ALL non "Mix & Match" suits) were too wide.

I placed my order before 2pm and paid for next day delivery but this did not happen. Customer service staff was very polite and helpful but customers should be notified if items cannot be delivered...
