I am sorry that you experienced difficulties in ordering samples. Site speed can sometimes be down to browser settings or slow connections. However, we launched a brand new web site recently which is far more complex than the site we had previously in terms of how it operates - one of the issues we noticed afterwards is that the speed is not what we would like.
