How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your purchase and feedback. We apologies for any confusion caused by our checkout process and have taken on board your comments. There will be an update this month which will include additional guidance on the price per learner - which should address this issue going forward. Mintra.com currently allows you to purchase a course for up to ten learners and then allocate to their individual email addresses at checkout. Each learner receives a link to their course by email and then once they have completed the course another email with their certificate. Apologies again for the confusion and thank you.
