Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

shame about caravan view. still a building site. Nice bar and pool

The site is currently still being built and so looks more like a work site and very muddy, car got filthy. The view from the caravan is very disappapointing and onto massive gas containers and solar...

All the caravans are brand new at Newperran so understandably there will be teething issues with newness of doors etc. I do hope you asked the maintenance team at Reception to help you sort this out during your stay.
