Customer Service Team were excellent in trying to recover my lost order from Evri. However, they had to consider the order doomed lost and gave me a full refund! Thank-you M&Co but not Evri!!

Stung by bad sizing and non-transparent retun costs

Unaware before purchase that it would be so difficult to return (no local stores) without paying £5 for postage (even though delivery was 'only' £2.99). Wouldn't have purchased if had known.
