Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Automatic renewal working just fine.

Automatic renewal of policy, no service really involved in the sense that I got a notification and didn't need to do anything further unless I wanted to cancel.

Watch the auto renew.. this is by default.

The policy is on auto renew, I instructed them to remove this last year, which they haven't done. It is a big inconvenience.

1st year initial set up was good and helpful. This year communication was a little erratic and had to contact regards new insurance schedule but prompt reply on enquiry.
