We state on the direct debit set up page that the direct debit facility is provided by Premium Credit Limited and details of the direct debit are also available on the same page. Clearly this is not prominent enough, and I apologise for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for the direct reply. I was not very happy with the workings of the original web site and hate the website for feedback. Three times it told me I used words it couldn't accept. If it doesn't like those kind of words don't give that kind of service. I beloieve you have my phone number. Please use it. I would be happy to discuss my dis-satisfaction with you
