Thank you for your response. As I am sure you can appreciate it is extremely busy at the moment due to COVID19. Our team are doing their best to answer all calls but unfortunately the shear volume is sometimes too great. We do our best to ensure customers have all the information they require in their shipping confirmation but unfortunately some choose to ignore this and call instead which increases phone traffic.

Thank you for your response. The measurements of all gabion stone is accurate for one axis of the stone. A 250mm Gabion Stone could be 250 x 250 x 400mm and still qualify as a 250mm product as the stone will fit through a 250mm square sieve. Any customer that is not sure about this is prompted to call us from our very clear webpage description.
