Thank you for your reply. It is most disappointing that you have chosen to review before contacting us. In all our years of trading we have never had an issue like this. We are at a loss as to how this single piece of glass would be able to make it through the sieving process as this product is sieved to approximately 100 microns.

After further investigation there is no evidence to suggest that any foreign material was found in the material we supplied. This was a small top up of an existing arena. This is most likely to have come from the arena sub base which we have not supplied.

Thank you for your reply. It is most disappointing that you have chosen to review before contacting us. In all our years of trading we have never had an issue like this. We are at a loss as to how this single piece of glass would be able to make it through the machinery used to produce this product and can only conclude it has happened during transit. Thankfully it appears to only be a single piece.

Thank you for your review. Our delivery terms are extremely clear in stating that standard delivery is made by tail lift and pallet trolley. Your shipping confirmation also has a very clear video showing the delivery process here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSfWCw3zL6I&t=1s At no point was it inferred that a crane would be used for delivery. Kerbside delivery is standard practice for this delivery method. A crane lorry delivery is possible at additional charge.

What Vanessa Courts said about Mainland Aggregates Ltd:

Great service and product.

Ordered and delivered on date as promised. Wood was as described and nice and dry. Not many larger thick pieces, as in thick, but that’s my only slight criticism.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you found the wood to be as described. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer predominantly large pieces a we have to cater for all sizes of fire grate and log burner.
