Thank you for your review of Mainland Aggregates Ltd! We make a very clear effort to ensure that customers are aware how delivery will be made so no issues arise on delivery day. A small number of customers ignore the very clear explanations and delivery video we supply which results in costs being levied against us by our courier. Thankfully you read and understood the delivery method and the order was delivered without a hitch 👍

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the product when dry. Most aggregates supplied are lighter when dry. For those wanting a permanent wet look there are various stone enchancing chemicals available on the market to assist with this. We are always available by phone or email to discuss the look of a product before purchasing. You can also pay for a sample of this product before purchasing a larger quantity.
