Thank you for your feedback. As explained at the time. Any product that is quarried will be quite dusty when it first arrives due to the production process. This is especially true of Gabion Stone which cannot be washed due to its size. Any residue on the stone will quickly be washed off with rain to reveal the stones true colour, so on first appearance it may appear the stone is the wrong colour but please give it a chance to wash off.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you had issues with one of the pallets supporting the bulk bag. Pallets are rigorously inspected on arrival to ensure they are fit for purpose but on this occasion it looks as though one slipped through the net. Please accept m apologies for any inconvenience caused.
