It troubles us to read your feedback and we are disappointed that you did not enjoy your time in India. Therefore, we have passed on your concerns to our Quality Control and Operations Teams for their internal review. Our guests should not feel pressured to provide tips and all gratuities should be extended solely at your discretion, therefore we will be bringing this to the attention of our Travel Directors' manager to be addressed. We would like to assure you that these comments are not in line with those that we usually receive and so, we will strive to make any necessary improvements to the itinerary.
